Use of the StringsTheory software application is separately governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

The StringsTheory application is licensed software, not sold. Downloading, installing, or using the application is subject to the End User License Agreement, which you must accept before use. These Terms of Use do not modify or replace the EULA.
StringsTheory is offered as a subscription service on Monthly and Annual billing plans. All plans begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel a Monthly subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Annual plans renew automatically each year. You may cancel an Annual subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current subscription period.
No pro-rated refunds. Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable on a pro-rated basis. This applies to both Monthly and Annual plans. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support and we will review your case.
Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
When you submit a message through our contact form or send us an email, you consent to us using your contact information and message content to respond to your inquiry. We will not use this information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as the Mac App Store, Square, Shopify, Google, and Dropbox). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites through links on our Site is at your own risk.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
